NORTH CAPTIVA PEARL -

Our family has made North Captiva our Spring Break destination for 3 years. North Captiva Pearl is far and away the best property that we've stayed. The features like the gourmet kitchen, the high end furnishings, and the composite decking gets high marks from the adults, while the close access to the beach, the pool, and the activities like Shuffleboard, Foosball, and the putting green appeal to the 7-11 age group that can be challenge to entertain. Add a professional property manager and a responsive owner and all you need to do is kick back and enjoy everything that the island has to offer. It's a 5 out of 5 for sure!

Spectacular Property

Our group had an amazing time at the North Captiva Pearl. It is truly a beautiful home with so much thought going into every detail of this home. We had excellent communication with the property management and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thanks for sharing your home and allowing us to make such wonderful memories!

Perfect!

Incredible new property on North Captiva Island. We were fortunate enough to spend a week here in July ‘23 and it is fantastic. The house is amazing and is loaded with amenities like a shuffleboard table, foosball, beach cruiser bikes, beach gear, a beautiful pool and even a putting green. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach or hop in one of the two golf carts and drive. It’s a beautiful home in the heart of paradise. Great place for a family vacation. My favorite thing was cocktails and sunsets on the observation deck.

Wonderful Vacation

We are long time fans of North Captiva. Our favorite place in all the world to vacation. (And we have been to more than a few.)In our years of going to Captiva, we have stayed in many different units. Most of them are very nice, and we would rent again. But none compare to North Captiva Pearl where we have stayed TWICE in the last six months. It is a magnificent property, obviously built to the highest standards after the hurricane. No corners cut. None.Unlike any other rental we have had at Captiva and elsewhere, North Captiva Pearl has everything you can think of and then some. Many rentals are stripped of amenities. Not this place. (It even has TWO wine/beer coolers!)We received first rate assistance from the local manager. The property is just the best that we have experienced on the island. (Or anywhere else for that matter!)Highly recommended.

Great Review!

My husband and I love Captiva Island! We look forward to making reservations with you as soon as your property is completed. What an exciting project! Beautiful views of the ocean. Can’t wait to bring the whole family for fun in the sun and fishing.
