Montana commercial accommodations are licensed with fire safety inspections.

Beautiful

Better than photos, and photos are very good. Beds were great (often a lacking feature in vacation rentals, regardless of price). Great location. Did a mini-hike in the back and came upon some elk couple hundred feet away in a clearing. Kids played outside and by the creek all day one day. Relaxing place. Plenty of space and never felt crowded with two families there. We generally stay at reasonably higher end places and this was probably the best home we’ve been in. Other places have been very nice, but this one genuinely felt like a home. If you have kids that like to play outside, book one more day than you’d want to stay in the area so they can explore and just play in the surrounding area. Highest recommendation!

We had a fantastic stay at Shelterwood's place! The space was exactly as described clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, quiet, private, very close to West Yellowstone. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I would absolutely stay here again.

What a beautiful house! All the furniture was super comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were spotless, the hot tub was clean and looked brand new, many many towels, many spots around the house to get cozy, just was very responsive with a couple of questions, we were sad to leave!! Amazing Airbnb.

Beautiful home in the most scenic location! This home was perfect for my family’s trip to Yellowstone - close to the west entrance and to town. The home was fully stocked and felt clean/tidy. Very responsive host as well. 10/10!
