Geisha House Atami - fireworks view

The Geisha house was a fabulous place to stay. It was historical and atmospheric. Each room was unique. The views from the upstairs were stunning. The garden was peaceful and the snug screen room with Netflix was a treat too. Great hosts too

Beautiful unique house.an unforgettable experience

What a wonderful house with a very nice welcome with coffee, tea, cookies, lemons..even toast and jam for breakfast...miranda and john took care of us and even helped us with organising something for us...although it was only 2 nights we really enjoyed the stay...PS look for the secret room..its fun;)

Beautiful house with lovely hosts!

We had a truly exceptional stay, thanks to our wonderful hosts, Miranda and John, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The home itself is charming, cozy and very spacious, perfect for a family of up to six. It was impeccably clean, thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need and incredibly comfortable. We were especially touched by the little extras: sweets, fresh bread, butter, milk, jam, tea, coffee, even ice cream for kids! The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, and we loved the easy 15-minute walk to the public beach, which became part of our daily routine. Miranda and John were always quick to respond and available when needed. Without a doubt, this has been our best stay yet, and we are already looking forward to coming back next time we are in Atami. Highly recommended!

A home away from home in Atami – spacious, cozy & exceptionally welcoming

Had an amazing experience staying at Geisha House Atami.
The hosts John and Bertie, truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my visit. Their attention to detail made me feel like the king of Atami (well actually, the true king of Atami is their cat, Joe Quimby)
The view of the ocean from the bedroom is stunning (The Monaco of Japan) Highly recommend!

Awesome

My family (2 adults, and 2 kids) had a relaxing and comfortable stay at Geisha House Atami. The area where the property is located is very interesting, with many retro and traditional Japanese buildings and within walking distance to Atami. As the house is on a hill, there is a lovely view of the sea and Atami town from the master bedroom. The house has been renovated and updated to a high level retaining so many traditional details. John and Miranda provided everything we needed in the kitchen, so preparing food for the family was easy. The coffee and tea provided were a bonus for the adults! The cinema room is a cosy space and the large screen with the projector was an absolute plus. Thank you so much for making our stay in Atami so relaxing.
