Rocky Point Luxury Condo C203

Absolutely loved the condo, the photos and descriptions are accurate to what you get. The owner were very accommodating to me with the payment arrangements and fixing the TV in the guest bedroom promptly when I didn't get signal on it. We had exactly eight people and it sooted us all (five adults three children). Other than the TV situation I had no issues with the actual unit. I absolutely loved the property they have a rooftop bar club in one of the buildings a restaurant the food and the drinks were good priced and they were very delicious. The property has four pools which one was heated in the pool's have outdoor showers. There is also several public bathrooms if you are on the property so you don't have to go back to your condo if you need it to use the laboratory. They even had live animals roaming around which was a plus for us ground squirrels and rabbits not a lot just a few they didn't bother you and the kids were thrilled to see them. The only thing I didn't like was their lake and pond was drained and they didn't have no hot tubs. Other than that everything was fabulous they have a golf course, fitness trail, pool bar but if you're at one of the other pools they will bring the drinks to you they'll even bring the food to you. The property is right on the Sandy Beach, you can walk straight to it and all the vendors are out there for the activities that you want to do like massage on the beach, banana boats and jet skis even a drink cart and independent merchants. And to put things in context I've been to Rocky Point many of times and this is one of my best stays. I met another condo owner while I was there too as well I'll definitely be coming back.

Spring Break Vacation with family and friends

Great experience booking and communicating. Quick to respond. Bed in master was comfy but I’m told the other was super hard. Would have liked wine glasses but we made do. No wash cloths.
It was a very nice unit with a great view. Easy access and very comfortable.
The listing says room for 8 but I believe it only sleeps 6.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
