Cancellation policy

• 100% of paid prepayments refundable minus payment processing fee when canceled 90 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
• If you need to cancel less than 90 days prior to your arrival, we will make your dates available and if we are able to rebook them, we will refund you the rebooked amount, less a 10% rebooking fee.

Security deposit policy

A refundable security deposit of USD 400.00 is due.
