Top Floor:
On this level, you will discover two master bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms with tiled showers and double vanities. Each master has a 50” smart TV. These two bedrooms have stunning Gulf views and share access to a spacious deck with high Adirondack chairs. There is a third king bedroom with a 50” smart TV. This king room has a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with a double vanity and tiled stand up shower. This bathroom is adjoined to the bunkroom which features twin over twin and twin over full bunkbeds with reading lights and a 43” Smart TV. 
Second Floor:
​Take in the breathtaking scenery while you cook, dine, and enjoy a cocktail. The expansive deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, adorned with high Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining table and chairs perfect for soaking in the picturesque views. The sunsets are second to none!
The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a standalone pantry. Comfortable seating for up to 13. The Dining table, along with additional seats at the oversized kitchen island, ensures ample space for gatherings. Whether in the living room or on the deck, there is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax, socialize, enjoy entertainment, or simply take in the views.
Open floor Family room has a comfy couch and two loveseats with a 75” smart TV.
Additionally, this level features a Queen bedroom with a 43” smart TV. A private tub and single vanity bathroom. The laundry room is located on this floor equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a half bath/powder room.
Ground Floor and Pool Area:
On the Ground floor, you will find ample parking space for up to 6 vehicles, with the driveway accommodating a boat if necessary. 
The amenities include a Private Gated Pool, which can be heated for an additional charge, four chaise pool loungers, Adirondack chairs and side tables, an Outdoor Shower, half Bathroom, Fish Cleaning Sink, Grill, and an Outdoor Living Space.  
​Conveniently, the property is just a quick 30-second stroll to the private neighborhood beach access, allowing easy access to the beautiful white sand beach and emerald Gulf waters. It's like staying on the gulf without the gulf prices.

The Sand Pearl-New/N Cape/Steps to Beach/5 BR

We stayed at The Sand Pearl the week of July 4th. Everything was wonderful! The house was clean, and any questions we had were responded to quickly. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The walk to the beach is nice and short. We absolutely loved the evening sunset views!

Great House

Our family of 11 had the most amazing week at the Sand Pearl! The proximity to the beach was great, the private pool was great to come back to after a day at the beach and the kitchen amenities were so nice to create awesome meals for the family! The large dining table was great to accommodate our family not only for dining but for game nights! It was very much unanimous, BEST WEEK EVER! Highly recommend!

Amazing!!!

You do not want to pass this property by! Great views from ocean front porches and easy walk to beach on the private boardwalk. If you have any issues, the property managers are quick to help . Our grandson who is 9 has autism loved the pool and his bunk room with his cousins . The beds are very comfortable and everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Book the vacation and make memories with your family. We rented e-bikes for the older grandsons, and we loved giving them freedom to ride and explore. God's beauty is abundant on the beach at Cape San Blas.

Blessed Memories

This was our first time doing our family vacation at the Cape and it was a great week! We are a family of 12 spanning 3 generations that prefer to spend our one week together each year under one roof, which is hard to find, but The Sand Pearl accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked which we have struggled with in the past. Parking was ample. Location and proximity to the beach was so nice. Plenty of space for all 12 of us to spread out, sleep comfortably, have our meals together, and take it easy. 

Renter

From start to finish, our stay at the Sand Pearl was absolutely perfect. Communication before, during, and after our trip was seamless. The pool was the ideal size for our three kids, and the rooms were beautifully staged everything felt brand new. We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach, and the provided beach chairs made coming and going a breeze. The home and area were so inviting and family-friendly we will definitely be back!
