I stayed in Ken’s apartment for 8 months while finishing up my surgical training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Ken is hands down the best host I have ever had during my 10 years of travels to cities across North America. His apartment was beautiful, in a great location, and was delivered to me absolutely spotless with a bouquet of flowers on the kitchen table and a kitchen stocked with everything I could have needed to get off to a great start in River North. He dealt with any minor problems I had immediately and always checked in to make sure everything was going ok. I have fond memories of Chicago and central to that was the comfort and sense of ‘home’ I had in this apartment. I can’t recommend it enough. Congratulations if you get an opportunity to stay here - you are going to love it!

I recently stayed in this fantastic 2-bedroom condo in the heart of River North, and it exceeded all expectations. The condo is incredibly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The living area is roomy, with plenty of natural light, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the city.

The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of River North, surrounded by a wide array of excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to experience the vibrant energy of Chicago. The doorman was exceptionally friendly and helpful, adding a nice personal touch to the stay.

Overall, this condo offers everything you could ask for—comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the city!

Great parking spot in the garage. The kitchen had absolutely everything. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed and luxury bedding. Buttery soft smooth couch for relaxing. This condo says Chicago all the way. . The hosts are exceptional!

Its hard to say enough about our enjoyment and satisfaction with the condo. Our hosts went beyond what typical owners provide, we truly felt welcome and at home. The condo was extremely clean, neat and equipped. Nothing overlooked or lacking. The stylish furnishings fit perfectly with the world class views. There was more than enough storage. The building offered many amenities, secure, great location to groceries restaurants and public transportation.
