Head down stairs and find panoramic ocean views that encompass the first floor living area. As well as a fully stocked kitchen & dining room that can provide for the entire family. Washer & dryer are also located on this floor.

Lastly but not least, find yourself enjoying a cocktail at the 3rd floor bar, overlooking the captivating bay waters. You may also enjoy some time at the card table, play a game of billiards,&nbsp;or lounge watching television in the home’s second living area.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
