Located on&nbsp;Grassy Key, this beautiful home is just 10 minutes from the City of Marathon. Far enough to be away from&nbsp;the hustle & bustle, but close enough to make a grocery/store run a “Keys&nbsp;breeze”.&nbsp;
Out front&nbsp;you will be greeted by lush landscaping, surrounding&nbsp;a long &&nbsp;spacious driveway. With enough&nbsp;parking for all of your trucks,&nbsp;trailers &&nbsp;water toys.
Around back you’ll find the brand new,&nbsp;6 person, 96&nbsp;jet hot tub!&nbsp;Leave it cool&nbsp;in the summer to refresh yourself from the Florida heat, or turn it on full blast in the winter to give your body a much needed heated massage.
Take a stroll down lovers lane & you’ll be quietly&nbsp;greeted by the Keys Ocean&nbsp;breeze. Lay down in your hammock&nbsp;between two native&nbsp;trees,&nbsp;and let your mind drift off while staring into the vast array of greens and blues. 
You’ve made it; Peace. At. Last. Inside you will find a cool,&nbsp;clean & neatly decorated home.
The living&nbsp;room offers extra sleeping space,&nbsp;with a queen pullout bed in the sofa near&nbsp;the entryway of the home. (The two chairs pictured have been replaced).
There is also a separate sofa that can be used to relax, watch TV or play board games. Your choice! You will find the&nbsp;kitchen well equipped,&nbsp;including an oven/stove, sink, refrigerator/freezer,&nbsp;microwave &&nbsp;dishwasher. Also provided are pots, pans & kitchen&nbsp;utensils.
The one & only bedroom&nbsp;is cute & cozy. Snuggle up in the central A/C&nbsp;after a long hot day in the Keys sun or stream your favorite shows from our complimentary Smart TV
You will also have access to the spotless&nbsp;full bathroom, equipped with sink, toilet, shower, & laundry room (not pictured) w/ washer & dryer.
If you want to experience authentic, uninterrupted, “Keys Living” at it's best,&nbsp;this is your place!

*Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.

*&nbsp;Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.
*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.
*&nbsp;We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.
