* There is no dockage at the home but Big Pine Key Boat Rentals runs charters out of the marina just 2 miles up the street from our location. Call ahead for availability.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
* This home is located in an environmentally protected&nbsp;sanctuary. There will be many&nbsp;types of wildlife in the area and around the home, including but not limited to; deer, mosquitos, insects, birds, fish, etc.
