*&nbsp;Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.
*Pets are considered on a case by case basis and only after a paying a pet fee. Please do not book this home if you plan on bringing a pet without checking with us first

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
