Lift access can be weather and snow dependent, and in low-snow years these lifts may open later than the resort's initial opening date (in the past West Wall Lift opens 7 to 10 days before Christmas, the shuttle is operating then to provide access to the Red Lady lift area). Once operating, skiing out is the easier route, while skiing back to the property is best suited for intermediate and advanced skiers. A free shuttle provides an easy alternative for beginners and anyone who prefers not to ski back.
✔ Mountain Relaxation:
Enjoy the large complex hot tub year-round, take in the sunset views from the private west-facing deck, or relax beside the gas fireplace.

Three King beds plus Twin/Bunk sleeping arrangements make the home especially flexible for families, couples, and groups traveling together.

Ski Access: What to Expect
We want you to know exactly what to expect while still letting you enjoy the advantage of being right on the mountain.
Skiing out from the property is the easier route, with green-trail options providing access toward the West Wall and Peachtree lift areas, which may open later than the resort's initial opening date. In the past, West Wall Lift opens 7 to 10 days before Christmas, the shuttle is operating then to provide access to the Red Lady lift area.
Skiing back to the property is best suited for intermediate and advanced skiers. The return route includes terrain that may not be comfortable for beginners, and the experience can vary with snow conditions.
If your group includes beginners or anyone who prefers an easier return, the free shuttle is an excellent alternative.
The resort's ski and lift operations are weather and snow dependent, particularly early in the season. We are happy to provide route information and maps so you can choose the option that works best for your group.
Free Shuttle
A free shuttle provides convenient transportation between the property, the resort's main base area, and Crested Butte. During the winter, the shuttle stops at our complex and connects with the resort's main base area. During warmer months, guests can utilize the free town transportation, which is a quarter mile to the shuttle stop, and provides another easy way to explore the area without moving your vehicle.
Summer Mountain Access
Hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible from the property, with additional trail networks and the downhill bike park at Mount Crested Butte a 2 minute bike away. Cyclists can take advantage of the private bike storage, shared storage, garage space, and bike wash.
The private deck is a great place to relax after a day on the trails, with western exposure and beautiful mountain views, especially at sunset.
Kitchen & Gathering Spaces
The kitchen is stocked for guests who actually want to cook, with an induction stove, stainless cookware, granite counters, spices, and a wide selection of cooking supplies.
Gather around the large dining table and counter seating for meals, or take dinner outside to the sunny private deck.
The main living room offers a large sectional, gas fireplace, and Smart TV. The upstairs loft provides a second place to watch TV, play games, work, or simply give everyone a little more space.

Crested Butte offers something different from the larger Colorado resort towns: dramatic mountain scenery, exceptional skiing and biking, wildflower-filled trails, National Forest, and a distinctive mountain-town atmosphere.

Mount Crested Butte Westwall Paradise

Beautiful location & accommodations! Everyone in our group loved it and felt like they truly were in paradise.

Loved it!

Thank you for the fast response on questions & great stay! Excellent location for the slopes and easy walk or bus to the base of the mountain and bus to downtown. We loved the warm fireplace and big table for playing games. Beds were very comfortable and your cleaners do an excellent job! We hope to come back very soon!

Absolutely Loved this place!

Great location! We so much enjoyed the wildflowers just even out the back door. Was able to get great mountain biking in and paddle boarding up at Emerald Lake. The Condo itself has a lot of space for both adults and children. It was great to be able to have the Bike storage as well. It is stocked with all of the proper linens, towels and dish ware that you could need. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Awesome views. We had the bonus of beautiful and relaxing springtime snows with the fireplace adding just the right amount of warmth and ambience to complete our stay.

Two of us stayed 5 nights and easily found everything listed. The King beds were very comfortable (did not try the others). We fixed our meals there and found the kitchen well supplied including numerous spices.

Overall, our expectations were exceeded, and we are happily going again.
