An Authentic Iowa Ranch Experience
At Gratny Livestock, guests are invited to step into a way of life that feels both timeless and deeply grounding. This is more than a place to stay—it’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and experience the rhythms of a working ranch alongside hosts Dusten and Kim Gratny.
Set on a historic Iowa property with roots dating back to 1890, the farmhouse has been thoughtfully expanded and updated while preserving its original character. Just steps away, the 1930 barn—complete with its original woodwork—stands as a testament to generations of stewardship. Together, the property offers a setting that feels rich with history, yet warm, welcoming, and entirely livable.
Whether you come to fully immerse yourself in ranch life or simply unwind in a peaceful, pastoral setting, your stay is designed to be as engaging—or as relaxing—as you choose.
