The Royal Retreat | Luxury Home + THC Friendly

I really enjoyed my stay. The space was clean, the location was convenient, and everything matched the photos perfectly. The host was great and made the experience easy and comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

Nurse

Place is very beautiful, host is very nice. Everything is so relaxing and convenient. Will definitely be booking again in the summer.

Excellent

Easy to get along with. Something came up and I wasn’t able to go to the original date. He helped me schedule for another time. Very understanding.

Great communication.

We celebrated a 20th bday in CLT and wanted something different. We wanted something vibey, moody and to set the tone for her 20th year around the sun. Our group found Jays Place online and fell in love. We had four women ranging from 50s to 16 years old and we were all happy to see that the in person was better than the beautiful photos. The home was spacious, clean and smelled wonderful. We requested fresh flowers and small selection of bday decor and was floored by the set up. The beds were really comfy and felt like the best hotel sheets. Another reason we loved this location was because of its proximity to the rail station because we wanted to explore without fighting for parking. We walked the one block and took the day in the city. It was everything we could have asked for. Communication was great and entry was a breeze. We have booked three twice since that time and will book again.

20th Bday in CLT

J’s Place was decorated so nice in the inside. I love how clean and comfortable it was. I also love how great the host was and how available he was for all of our questions that we had. I also love the location, it’s close to everything we needed. You will not regret the stay I promise you.

Great Place, Location and Host
