Amazing place, would definitely stay again

Photo's don't quite do the place justice! Rooms and spaces are larger than what they appear and are all well-appointed.The recent addition of the hot tub to the pool area was a great addition.

Relaxing getaway

This massive home was the perfect sanctuary for our group of 10 adults and our dog, offering more than enough space for everyone to unwind without feeling crowded. With two separate TV lounges, a pool, a jacuzzi, and a dedicated games room, there was something to keep every family member entertained regardless of their interests. It’s a rare find that balances such impressive scale with a warm, inviting atmosphere—ideal for a large family getaway where you want both quality time together and room to breath.

Perfect for quality time together and room to breath

We had such a wonderful stay at Instead Mansion. The property is absolutely massive, yet feels incredibly cozy and welcoming with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.
It comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests and has something for everyone, games for both adults and kids, a BBQ area, outdoor fireplace, swimming pool, and of course, the highlight of the stay- the hot tub! If you're looking for a place for a longer getaway with family or a group of friends, this is such a great fit. There’s plenty of space to spend time together while still having your own room to relax.
What makes the stay even more special is the beautiful natural surroundings. Waking up to birds chirping and seeing rabbits running around the garden makes it feel like a true escape from the city. Looking forward to booking in the future again.

Great escape from the city

Stayed here with 3 families, total of 12 people. Had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back. Stunning, spacious and plenty for the kids to do. Would highly recommend!
