The Beach Villas is on the Beach between Ocean in the front and LPGA Championship Ko Olina Golf Course in the Back.

Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full-size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 8 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hairdryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach towels; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries. Two grab bars by the toilet in the 3rd bathroom and new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors have been installed June 2020.

Place is better than the pictures, and the location of the unit in the complex is convenient and peaceful.

This place was amazing! Our family of 5 stayed here for 9 days. The view was fantastic, and the lanai was a great place to sit and relax. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The starter kit of supplies (paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry and dishwashing detergent) was enough for our family (note that we didn’t cook at the condo). There were a lot of beach toys and chairs and two coolers (and ice packs!!) that we were happy to use. The dryer does take a while because it’s not vented but it works fine as long as you build in time for it. They have hangers, drawers for clothes, enough towels, and small fans. The beds were comfortable. The pools, fitness center, koi pond, and lagoon were great. You can see the pools and the koi pond from the unit. The Ko Olina center with shopping and food was a 15-minute walk from the unit; we went there several times. We enjoyed our stay so much!

This place was amazing!

This unit is perfectly located with a beautiful view of the ocean. From the Lani you over look the Koi pods, so no noisy pool noise. The glass doors open to a nice size balcony/lani. The condo is equipped with everything you need to go to the beach. Would highly recommend this vacation rental. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a great time.

Beautiful view of the ocean

Stunning view, beautiful unit, with excellent location on property. We traveled with 5 adults and 2 babies and the unit was just right for us. The extra beach and pool gear was a very nice surprise as was the reverse osmosis water filter in kitchen! Book this unit you will not regret it!! It has all the comforts of home in a paradise location. Check in to check out was so easy! 10/10 recommend!!

Stunning view, beautiful unit

Amazing views!! Don't hesitate to book this one! We had a great time and everything was exactly as described and pictured. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again! The condo was very spacious, private and well laid out. We were a family of 6 adults and 1 infant and everyone was comfortable. The in-unit full size washer and dryer were great and certainly came in handy with an infant. There aren't any ceiling fans in the bedrooms but there are table top fans stored in each bedroom closet and they did the trick. Did I mentioned the views? This unit is fabulous all the way around!
