Newly renovated with high quality fixtures and fittings, we have maintained the Art Deco features and added beautiful furnishings. Park on Park is warm and welcoming, with new bathrooms, a remodelled kitchen and new driveway and gardens. Park on Park  has all modern comforts - including the ever important Nespresso coffee! Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and separate dining/lounge-room await you - together with a wonderful enclosed rear garden, complete with cubby house. Further information on the amenities is listed below. 
The house is available in its entirety with door code access meaning that you never have to worry about losing the key!

A great place to base yourself for exploring the wonders of Tasmania - Port Arthur, Bruny Island, Lake Pedder, Russell Falls, Mount Wellington, the Huon Valley, the Derwent Valley.
Located in the suburb of New Town - a great neighbourhood with gorgeous Colonial, Federation and Art Deco architecture throughout.
Close to the majestic Hobart waterfront, the Botanical Gardens, Salamanca Place, the Federation Concert Hall and the North Hobart restaurant strip – all are just minutes away. There are a smorgasbord of dine-out or order-in eating options available.

Gorgeous Hobart Accommodation - Park on Park, New Town

My family absolutely love staying at Park on Park, this was our 2nd stay & we already have another stay booked! We think of it as our, 'home away from home. We love everything about this spacious home & suitability for all ages. We also stay here with family from interstate, to visit our daughter's family. The location is perfect. This visit I had my elderly Mum travelling with me & we arrived late due to flight delays and it was so wonderful to have lights & air conditioning on to welcome us. Having bread, milk, tim tams & other supplies ready to eat & not worry about late night shopping was such a blessing. Matt & Steph are the best Hosts we have ever come across, so thoughtful. We can't recommend this property & Hosts, highly enough.

Family Catch up

This is our second stay at Park in Park with a third stay booked.
The attention to detail in this beautiful Art Deco home is amazing.
A lovely clean home with fresh crisp clean linen and fantastic improvements to both bathrooms.
A member of our group who is gluten intolerant was impressed and happy to see a gluten free toaster.
The bbq was great to use one night after a long traveling day, with also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer also available.
In a great position and close to shopping.
Looking forward to our return.

Bowling trip

We all loved our time at Park on Park. The house was homely, had everything we needed, had good spaces, and was brilliantly located for exploring Hobart CBD, suburbs and wider area. Thank you so much Matt and Stephanie for the extra touches, especially the sparkling wine

Multi-generational holiday

Park on Park, is an absolutely wonderfully restored art Deco home. We fell in love with it the moment we stepped over the threshold. It has been tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. Every type of comfort is provided from the crisply made beds, gorgeous claw footed bath with a "Waterfall" shower rose, modern kitchen with coffee machine (lovely surprise)and wonderful living areas with comfortable furnishings and antiques. Park on Park is in a central location and made exploring Hobart very accessible. We loved this house and didn't want our stay to end. Can't recommend it highly enough. We would definitely stay there next time we visit Tasmania. 5 stars.
