Welcome to "Poipu Palms #104". We just finished an extreme renovation of this condo. It was a complete tear down and rebuild, so everything inside is now NEW! Featuring two bedrooms, new bathrooms, new kitchen,&nbsp;new flooring, new beds, new furniture and&nbsp;new paint throughout.
 The location has always been one of the best on the island, but now that everything inside the condo is new! it's just an amazing place to stay while on your vacation on Kauai!&nbsp;
PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THE UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. WE DO HAVE CEILING FANS AND IT DOES GET A NICE BREEZE. ITS ALSO ON THE FIRST FLOOR SO ITS COOLER THAN THE HIGHER FLOORS.
Imagine watching a whale breach, or dolphins play right in front of you as you relax and sip a cocktail on the lanai of your very own ocean front condo in sunny Poipu on the south shore of Kauai,.
This delightful island home is located in the Poipu Palms Resort, which is a quiet condominium complex with only 12 units and located directly on the ocean front. If you've previously experienced a stay at one of the large resorts (with their large crowds), you will find this condo to be a very refreshing change of pace. The dramatic views from the condo are just amazing, and we also have an ocean front pool where you can relax and also take in the gorgeous views of the ocean.
The location couldn't be better... halfway between (and within a walkable distance to) both of Poipu's main beaches (Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach). Also just a stone's throw to restaurants, shopping and the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
If you wish to experience living on the ocean while visiting Kauai, there simply is no better spot.

koolkondo Palms 104 Oceanfront with Pool

We loved it!!!!  One of the easiest places to stay and work with the host. They responded immediately and the videos for check in, parking and location were very helpful. Well equipped with everything you need with nice touches at the bedside  of waters and ear plugs if needed. Overlooking the pool and beautiful ocean views   Turtles everywhere!!!!We would definitely stay again. 

We loved our stay at Poipu Palms. Lots of great activities nearby, plenty of room for two couples and the most picturesque view. We particularly loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing on the bluff below. Beach toys including snorkeling gear and boogie boards were provided. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Poipu Palms #104. The unit was clean and very well equipped. We like the location; there are several nice beaches and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Corey is great at communicating and the check in and check out process are easy

Nice Unit 

Everything about this rental went smoothly.  The view from the lanai was spectacular and  the location was great, less than a mile walk to fine beaches in either direction.  We made use of the beach equipment provided.  Contact with the host was excellent.  

Whale watching from the Lanai 

Arriving bushed from long flights, we found fresh papaya and bananas in the kitchen, and New Zealand Sauv Blanc in the fridge. The condo is comfortable and well-equipped with a great ocean-front view. It has been updated. Nothing missing from the kitchen. The bed in main bedroom was perfect even for those with back problems. Big screen UHD TV with full cable, WiFi was fast. The two baths were complete with soaps & shamps. We watched whales from the condo's lanai, and turtles in the surf from the pool.  The building is dense with condos, but arranged for satisfactory privacy, being an end unit helps.  Not the quietest place we have stayed on the island (just above the pool), but the noise was not unreasonable. Beautiful and convenient location (supermarket, restaurants, etc.)
