koolkondo Shores 404 Oceanfront Condo

This is by far the best condo we have stayed in the appx 20 years we have been coming to this complex. We have never found such a well equipped - neat - etc. etc. condo. The manager (Corey) is GREAT and owner (Rico) is also fantastic -- both are incredibly concerned about their tenant having a good experience, and VERY responsive. We have already booked for next year. We stayed a month -- If there was a rating above ABSOLUTELY PERFECT this would be it. Can't wait till next year Jim and Linda Y.

Awesome -- beyond awesome

We've stayed at this condo many times and love it's close proximity to the ocean. The views can't be beat! Corey is a great host and during this last stay, added some great touches - welcome basket of fruits, coffee, wine and chocolates, charging stations in the bedroom and living room, new kitchenware and appliances and more. The outdoor grill is great for dinners on the lanai. We love hearing the sound of the ocean constantly - it can be loud during "winter" weather so don't stay here if you don't like ocean sounds!

Ocean Views nonstop!
