Located in the center of Poipu Beach Park, this home consists of two separate units that have been remodeled from top to bottom featuring all the luxury features you would expect including AC in the living areas and all bedrooms, large ocean view balcony, modern kitchen with island and stainless steel appliances.&nbsp;
This home features 5 separate bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the unit one&nbsp;living room and four bathrooms with modern tile showers. This home is complete with washer and dryer. You will enjoy the wonderful second floor deck that is great for relaxing and enjoying the ocean views.&nbsp;
The unit is fully stocked with everything to cook a gourmet meal and all the beach gear you will ever need. You are right next door to Brenneckes Restaurant and Deli and across the street from Poipu Beach Park known for its snorkeling and turtles. This is the best ocean front location in all of Poipu! Sleeps up to 14 guests.Newly installed outdoor jacuzzi to share with other units on the property.

koolkondo Springwater Compound Oceanfront

This condo was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located to get to anywhere on the island. The beach was beautiful and from the sunrises and sunsets and the turtles it was paradise. The three bedroom condo side had air-conditioning in each bedroom,  but the two bedroom condo side did not. It got a little warm on that side but the fans helped. Hopefully in the future maybe another air conditioning unit could get added. Other than that no complaints! I would stay here again. Oh yeah... and bring earplugs because the very friendly roosters have a lot to say early in the morning.

Best spot to stay on Kauai

This was perfect for our family…, all  8 adults (2 couples included) had ample space.  Parking was great.. fit two large vehicles.  It’s literally right across the street from Poipu Beach and we saw turtles every night..  Brenneckes Beach Restaurant is two doors down, restaurants, shops and old town Koloa are about a 5 min drive!  Everything you need to cook (except groceries) you can find there and the patio not only faces the beach but is so spacious.  I truly loved this place!!!

We just got back from an amazing 9 days at this property.  Location cannot be beat - literally across the street from 2 fantastic beaches.  Early morning boogie boarding and swimming at Brennecke's beach.  Then snorkeling at Poipu beach park.  Finally turtle watching at night.  We didn't think we'd use the hot tub too often and boy were we wrong.

The house was extremely well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen equipment and tons of beach gear.  Beds were comfortable.  AC worked great.  Lastly the property manager was super easy to communicate with and a minor request was taken care of almost immediately.  We will definitely be using them again!

Amazing Property!!!

We loved the location and everything was nice and clean.
The only issue is with the smaller unit not having air conditioning in back bedrooms which made it a little uncomfortable, although it does have ceiling fans.
All the people were very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Family with grandkids 

My family of 12 rented this entire compound for 8 days. We had the best time in this house! Perfect amount of space for all of us. We loved having a little apartment for one family to stay in, but using the bigger part of the house for all of us to eat dinner and hang out together. The location was absolutely ideal and beautiful, Poipu Beach was perfect for us to go boogie boarding, snorkeling or crab hunting at night. We loved looking at the monk seals and turtles resting on the beach. The house was stocked to the brim with everything that we needed and our property manager, Corey and the cleaning lady, Leah were absolutely accommodating and phenomenal. They got back to us with any questions that we had. We would highly recommend this place to any large groups to use or single families.
