Outstanding location- especially if you have a student at Pepperdine. Staff is courteous & super responsive - went over the top to make our stay special. Condo is fully refreshed as promised. Highly recommend this condo.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Hosts were super accommodating, the condo was very clean, and beautifully updated with lovely furnishings. Loved the huge windows with the fall ocean breezes. Great location too!

Beautiful, Clean Condo!

Condo was beautiful with gorgeous ocean views. Great location with shops and restaurants in walking distance.

The floor plan and furniture is perfect for families with children, young or old. The stairs can be closed off so littles can’t access the staircase! Would be great to have a master en-suite instead of shared hall bath upstairs but at least there are still two bathrooms in the condo.

Communication from Rico and Blanca was fantastic! We have family in Malibu and this will definitely be our spot when we visit!

Fantastic condo and experience

This place is well managed, conveniently located and offers comfortable elegance. Rico, the host, is helpful and responsive. This place has the best amenities that exceed expectations.
The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The sofa is so soft and cushy, the beds have the right support and easy to sleep in, the place is spacious, it is spic and span clean, I plan to stay here again.

Exceptional stay
