KPort Concierge is honored to introduce you to this magnificent, newly remodeled, waterfront house in Biddeford Pool. We are thrilled to offer this slice of paradise with families this summer. From sunup to sundown, this property was designed to draw your attention to the spectacular location, just a two minute walk to renowned Biddeford Pool Beach. With sliding glass doors and large windows spread throughout the home, you'll be able to enjoy the glimmer of the sun on the water and spectacular sunsets in the evening from every room. The light and airy home first welcomes you inside into the living room with coastal decor and comfortable couches perfect for lounging after a day outdoors. The living room is open to the kitchen which features stunning white cabinets and marble countertops as well an island with 3 chairs. Open the sliding glass doors to bring the coastal breeze inside as you prepare your meal. The kitchen features everything you need for your stay including a coffee bar, large refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven combination, deep sink, microwave, and not one, but two dishwashers. This home is the ultimate entertaining space with an extravagant dining area next to the kitchen with seating for eight. With another set of sliding doors, your meals will have the perfect backdrop of the beautiful water. If you prefer to dine al-fresco, step through those doors onto the large deck and enjoy your meal at the outdoor table watching the boats come and go. Back inside, a sunken living room with cathedral ceilings features a fireplace, television, seating, and yet another set of sliding doors. This room is perfect for lounging after a nice meal, playing a board game, or getting cozy to watch a movie with your friends or family. The house features two sets of staircases to access the four bedrooms which are all located upstairs. Each bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom tastefully designed with stunning tile. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, two large closets, and a large bathroom with a separate tub and shower. It also has a set of sliding glass doors with a Juliet deck that adds a level of serenity to the room when open to bring in the salty breeze from the water. The primary bedroom also features access to the stairs that guide you to the rooftop deck which is a wonderful space to watch the sunset, serve happy hour, or enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, and sliding glass doors with a Juliet deck. This room has a shared door with the third bedroom, but each also has private access if you wish to keep the door closed and maintain separation. The third room features a king size bed, full en-suite bathroom, and sliding glass doors with a Juliet deck. Lastly, the final bedroom also has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with plenty of space. This home is perfect for groups wishing to create lasting memories in Biddeford Pool.
