Tranquil Beachfront Oasis - Milestretch

The moment you walk into this home, you are instantly embraced by endless Ocean views, the sounds of waves and salty air.
It made the 4 of us pause, smile and then my cousin and I and our 80-ish year-old Moms giggled like 5th graders that this was going to be our home for the next 3 days.

We have stayed in many stunning properties all over the world and I am not sure if a place has felt more peaceful and unplugged than this magnificent property. It is not often that pictures live up to these listings, and this one actually exceeded them.
The way the home was decorated, seamlessly continued the beach feeling from the inside to out.
Every window was an artist’s dream, and My Mom whom is a painter kept trying to decide which part of the home presented her with her favorite view to capture on canvas.
To most, the Ocean side might be the star but don’t neglect the views of the pond on the other side as you might miss the hydrangeas swaying and the flocks of birds gathering there. The owners of this home captured all the beauty by thoughtfully placing different seating areas to let you just sit…breathe and appreciate.

The bedrooms are comfortable, sunny and with ample closet space. The Kitchen was outfitted with everything from Cocktail Shakers to Lobster pots. Beautifull place settings, board games and binoculars to explore the view even deeper.
The beach… I mean…. The beach was a barefoot walker’s dream. Do they have people who come clean it? Laugh! It was insanely free of things that would interfere with your toes safely sinking into that perfect sand.

As far as location…. It was great. You are removed enough to feel privacy and yet only short drives to the quaint towns we all love Maine for.

We also would like to thank Samantha from Kport Concierge. She was very responsive, knowledgeable and welcoming. And although I am sure she would deny it, I think she was responsible for the most jaw dropping red sunrise’s that woke us all up each morning.

That is above and beyond!
We usually like to explore different houses on our trips, but we are already talking about dates to come back to this one.
My Mom got a little teary eyed when we left, she said it truly felt like home.
Thank you so much to the owners to open your house to others so that we could have a few days of Ocean bliss. Memories were made on this special Mom’s /Daughters trip.

Jennifer

The ocean grabs you….

This house is perfection! The location is outstanding and the house is beautiful! The KPort team was very responsive. We’re looking forward to coming back next year!

Perfection

Beautiful home with amazing ocean view on a quiet clean beach. What’s not to love? Loved that it was close to everything yet nearly alone on the beach. Day trips to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport and Portland super easy. Biddeford has everything you need for food and supplies. Property is newish, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms a bit tight but beds and bedding comfortable. Rest of home roomy. Host was very responsive and professional. Pricey stay but worth it.

What’s not to love?!?

Our family of 4 stayed here for the week with some close friends who then joined us at the end of the week. We have stayed in the pool for many years, this was our first on Mile Stretch and it did not disappoint! Location, view, cleanliness of the house all amazing. The quality of beach towels and the access to beach games, chairs, and boogie boards was excellent. Thanks for a great week.

Beautiful home

When we arrived to check in and opened the front door, the view that met us was incredible! The house was gorgeous, very comfortable and well appointed. Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in Biddeford Pool, 10/10!
