Luxury Townhouse - Maine

My daughter-in-law and I stayed in this very "kozy" and extremely comfortable so well thought out home. This home is perfect for walk to town fun. Having the view of the tidal river and the wildlife out the back with the floor to ceiling windows was fantastic. We enjoyed the fireplace inside and the fire pit outside. The bikes and kayaks included were a big plus. We loved the walkability to the port. This home is so well stocked in both kitchen and baths. Beds and bedding super comfy and the home was immaculately clean. I really can't say enough about all the thoughtful amenities and the welcome gift and note we received when we arrived. Highly recommend for your stay in KPT.

"Kozy" in KPT

My husband and I stayed for 3 days in October for our anniversary, escaping from our 3 kids at home. The home is exceptionally decorated and everything you'd expect from a high end rental. The kitchen is well stocked and has lots of options for coffee, espresso, tea, etc. There are tons of dishes and silverware, washer and dryer awesome to have. The location is great, being able to walk to coffee, dinner, and the beach. There were 2 different running routes to the ocean if you enjoy running. 2 yoga companies in walkable distance.

KPC is exceptional and I would want them to manage a property of mine. They are professional and available for any needs you might have. The owners left some gifts at the beginning of our stay, which was such a nice touch and thoughtful!

Wonderful stay!
