Built in 2006, the spacious open floor plan on the first floor is designed for both casual gatherings and entertaining, featuring a cozy living area with plush new couches, a large dining table for shared meals, and ample natural light that creates a warm atmosphere. Secluded Seaside Haven with Private Beach

The home was exactly as described- Clean, cozy, convenient & comfortable. I personally adored the decor and the screened in back porch! Our son is 10 and he enjoyed the little secret sleeping nook upstairs. It's close to plenty to keep you busy (Short Sands, Long Sands, Marginal Way, Nubble Lighthouse, shopping, mini golf, etc) The KPort Team went above and beyond to welcome us and I would definitely recommend visiting.
