Located on Brackett Point, this beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is nestled in the serene and highly sought-after Granite Point neighborhood of Biddeford, Maine. This expansive retreat has been thoughtfully designed for families and groups, combining elegant decor, curated artwork, and stunning ocean views with an inviting, relaxed atmosphere. Ideally located between two quiet beaches—Curtis Cove and New Barn Cove—and just a short stroll to the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge, the home offers the perfect balance of tranquility, adventure, and natural beauty.
The home's unique reverse floorplan places the main living space upstairs, maximizing views of the Atlantic Ocean. The upper level features a bright, open-concept layout with expansive windows that fill the space with natural light. A fully equipped kitchen flows effortlessly into a stylish dining area, where every meal feels special with the ocean as your backdrop. The adjacent living room, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, provides the perfect setting for gathering after a day in the sun. A newly completed, air-conditioned family room on this floor offers a separate space for kids and teens to relax with games or a movie. Also upstairs, you’ll find a guest bedroom and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Downstairs, the home offers three additional bedrooms tailored for rest and flexibility. The tranquil primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bath. A second guest room offers a comfortable queen bed, while a third bunk room—complete with two sets of bunks (twin-over-twin and twin-over-full)—is perfect for children or larger families. A second full bathroom and a large mudroom provide extra convenience and plenty of space for gear after a day on the beach.
Outside, enjoy the true magic of Maine’s coast. The upper deck features Adirondack chairs and a dining table, perfect for al fresco meals or simply soaking in the sea breeze. A fire pit and grill in the backyard create a relaxed setting for evening gatherings under the stars. For days at the beach, the home is fully stocked with a beach wagon, chairs, boogie boards, two kids’ kayaks, and a paddleboard—everything you need to make the most of your coastal adventure. You’ll also find an extra fridge/freezer in the garage for added convenience.
Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning coffee with ocean views, exploring nearby trails, or watching your kids play in the surf, this home is more than just a vacation rental—it’s a home designed for making lifelong memories.
