Quintessential Cape Porpoise Home with Water Views

I wanted to reach out and let you know what a fantastic job you’ve done with the house. It truly looks beautiful and so well cared for.
This home holds so many cherished childhood memories for me. My grandfather worked incredibly hard on it and loved this house with everything he had. After he passed, our family made the difficult decision to sell it. Even though we no longer own it, we still make frequent trips back to Kennebunkport to visit old friends at the surrounding local establishments. Every time we’re in town, it warms my heart to see how beautifully the house has been maintained and updated. The house looks great, and I’m already planning ahead — I will definitely be on the lookout to book a stay in the future so my own children can experience the inside of this special home and enjoy the friendly people in town, just like I did growing up.
Thank you again for the thoughtful care you’ve put into this property. It means more than you know.
Warm regards,
Christopher
