Coastal Tranquility at Granite Point: Ocean Views & Sea Breezes
Escape to Brackett Point, a serene coastal haven nestled in the quiet beachside community of Granite Point. Situated between the soft sands of Goose Rocks Beach and Fortune’s Rocks Beach, this home offers an authentic slice of Maine’s timeless charm. Wake up to the crisp scent of salt air and spend your mornings exploring the surrounding natural beauty.
Take a short walk down to Curtis Cove, New Barn Cove, or Horseshoe Cove, or wander the scenic paths of the nearby Timber Point Trail. When you are ready for local dining, shopping, and coastal culture, the historic streets of downtown Biddeford, Kennebunk, and Kennebunkport are just a short drive away.
Designed for friends and family to come together, this updated retreat seamlessly connects light-filled indoor spaces with the refreshing outdoor coastal air. Stepping into the entry mudroom, you are greeted by a convenient wet bar—the ideal spot to fix a refreshing drink after a day along the shore. From there, transition into the heart of the home, where warm natural light pours through wall-to-wall windows surrounding the dining room. Unwind on the spacious and cozy sectional couch in the main living area, or gather around the dining table for long, relaxed conversations. The adjacent modern kitchen features updated appliances, making meal preparation at home an absolute breeze.
Sunlight and sea breezes flow effortlessly through the home thanks to a magnificent wrap-around deck extending across the first-floor living spaces. Cook dinner on the grill and enjoy outdoor dining surrounded by coastal foliage. The main floor also features a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo for added convenience after beach trips.
Upstairs, the home offers three inviting bedrooms designed for maximum rest and relaxation. Two beautifully appointed guest rooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen—share a full guest bathroom with a stand-up shower. Further down the hall, discover the private primary suite, complete with a comfortable king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and a private kitchenette with a sink and mini-refrigerator. Step through the suite's private balcony doors to take in stunning ocean views and the soothing sound of the tide.
Continuing up to the third floor, you will find an expansive sleeping space outfitted with a king bed and a twin bed, perfect for additional guests or family members. This top floor leads to yet another private balcony with elevated, panoramic views of the Maine coastline. With multiple decks, bright open spaces, and modern amenities throughout, 5 Brackett Point invites you to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories by the sea.
