This beautifully presented 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has been recently refurbished and it is modern and clean with everything you need for the perfect holiday.  Located on Atlantic View in Puerto del Carmen, which is a private gated complex with electronic key pad on entry.
Casa de los Sueños has a little more to offer than most apartments on Atlantic View, as it has extra space and an added en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom. The bedrooms are accessed from a hallway rather than the directly off the living area, and this gives a sense of space and privacy for sharing guests with the added bonus of a bathroom for each bedroom.
The apartment boasts high speed WiFi and full English/French/Spanish/German/Italian TV channels. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine and washing machine.  All bed linen and towels are provided.   The owners have even recently had air conditioning installed to give their guests the option to cool down when the heat gets a little too hot.
There is a communal swimming pool and sun loungers are provided around the pool, for guests to enjoy the Lanzarote sunshine.
Atlantic View is located in the Los Mojones area of the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen and only a five minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants of the old town. It is just a ten minute walk to Playa Chica and the old town harbour with a choice of fabulous restaurants, where you can sit with a cold refreshment, enjoy some tapas and take in the spectacular Lanzarote sunset skies. And a fifteen minute stroll will take you to the bustle of Puerto del Carmen Avenida, and all it has to offer, with an array of shops, restaurants, bars and stunning beaches.
Puerto del Carmen really has it all! Beautiful Sandy beaches, fabulous restaurants, and an old town with typical old town charm and an Avenida bustling with vibrancy and life.
There are many fabulous things to do in Lanzarote and we can help to arrange the many activities on offer, so please just ask if there is anything else you would like us to arrange for you.

Casa de los Sueños - 2 Bedroom apartment, Puerto del Carmen

Great stay at 3B Atlantic View, excellent property.Arriving late in the evening, the self check in was seamless and the apartment was thoroughly clean and tidy.Apartment is fantastic, exactly as per the description and the photos. Air conditioning in the main bedroom is a great addition and ceiling fans also very helpful. Bathrooms were also very clean. Kitchen/living area is deceptively large and it’s great to be able to open out the large sliding doors and let the sun and sounds into the apartment. Terrace area of the apartment is a sun trap from early afternoon to sunset so lovely to relax there in the early evening☀︎The pool, loungers and the amenities inside the complex were, as always, fantastic and really well looked after by the community. The complex is so private and safe which always lends itself to a great holiday.Within walking distance of the old town on one side and the strip on the other. Wanted for nothing during the stay and would highly recommend this place
