A modernised 2 bedroom apartment located in the harbour area of Puerto del Carmen, with panoramic sea and mountain views.   Located only 1 row back from front line, and just a few minutes walk to the bustling harbour area with restaurants, and bars and less than a 10 minute walk to Playa Chica, the nearest beach. 
The terrace is a fantastic place to take in the  sea views, enjoy alfresco dining while watching the sun go down.

Great flat in good location overlooking the harbour. There is on street parking on the road above and close to local shops and bars. Supermarket down the road and Lidl about a mile away. Be aware there are steps up to the apartment.

L'appartement est situé dans une petite ruelle au calme avec vue sur mer. Possibilité d'aller au restaurant le soir à pied le long de l'eau. L'appartement dispose de tout l'essentiel et Kristy a toujours été réactive.

Appartement charmant avec jolie vue, pièces spacieuses et bien équipées. Logement bien placé avec restaurants et bars accessibles à pied. Kristy était réactive et a rendu notre séjour agréable.

Overall a really lovely apartment, in a perfect location for us. We are repeat visitors to PDC and know the old town well so knew we’d be happy with location. In terms of the apartment itself it was to a good standard inside matching the photos well! Kitchen extremely well equipped and beds very comfy! 
Had a few minor niggles which might not bother others but will mention them to support future guests maybe. 

1 - There is only one mirror in the apartment and this is in the bathroom. With it being a two bedroom apartment you could have 4 people staying there making it difficult particularly for us ladies to dry our hair, do our make up etc without access to the mirror if someone else is in the bathroom.

2 - TV - whilst there was satellite tv available, the language and channels were set up in German and we couldn’t find any English channels. We like to watch tele if we’re having a night in especially when weather bad but couldn’t. Luckily we could sign in to my Netflix account.

3 - Last and most important detail to note is the access. The main patio/entrance door is just a fixed pull handle and whilst the door may be unlocked on the inside, you can not access from the outside without the key. We learnt this the hard way when my partner went home before me and left the door unlocked for me thinking I’d be able to get in. Unfortunately I couldn’t and ended up locked out for a considerable time whilst he slept and his phone was on silent. So if you’re out separately, use the key box!

Despite the little niggles we loved the apartment/area and like the service JK Lanzarote provide and would happily book again!
