At our other homes that have above-ground self-contained spas that are not attached to swimming pools like Cabo Hermosa and Villa Bermuda Beach, there is no charge for heating the above-ground hot tub at either home. Likewise, our Villa Mar Vista home has no charge for heating the above-ground self-contained spa as the optional pool heat at Villa Mar Vista only heats the in-ground pool as there is no in-ground hot tub at Villa Mar Vista. So if you desire free hot tub heating please choose one of our homes with an above-ground self-contained hot tub at our Villa Mar Vista, Villa Bermuda Beach, or Cabo Hermosa homes.
