LAKE LODGE - LUXURY WATERFRONT HOME AT LAKE OF THE OZARKS is located right on the water with a huge private dock. Situated with privacy among the trees while still being close to all the action, this 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom rustic modern home is ideal for groups and families that want both relaxation and fun at the Lake of the Ozarks. You will love the spacious home with high end furnishings, multiple suites, a bunk room for kids, a screened in dining area with gas grill, upper level deck, lower level furnished patio with a gas fire pit, an indoor wood burning fireplace, and outdoor wood burning fire pit. Spend your days swimming, fishing, boating, and floating! You can even park your boat in the private boat slip. The huge dock includes a bar area, 75" TV, swimming platform with steps into the water, dock ladder, aqua lily pad water mat, lounge chairs, beach chairs, a swing, two kayaks, and two paddle boards.
--THE PROPERTY--
The Lake Lodge Mill Creek Cove at Lake of the Ozarks provides beautiful landscaping with privacy on the property and gorgeous lake views. The house is located toward the end of the popular Mill Creek Cove. Mill Creek Cove begins near the 3 1/2 mile marker on the Gravois Arm. The cove is family friendly and great for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, floating, tubing, jet skiing, water skiing, and wakeboarding. You’ll be close to the most popular restaurants and bars on the lake, and a short distance to the main channel.
--THE HOME--
The 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home features beautiful views and a warm, open floor plan with multiple suites across 3500 square feet. You’ll enjoy rustic modern finishes and high end furnishings with a stone fireplace, knotty pine cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, and heated bathroom floors. Three of the bedrooms offer attached bathrooms with showers. The queen bedroom and bunk room share a bathroom with a shower. There is a jetted tub in the master bathroom, and another half-bath near the kitchen.
Outside you can enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful view from the deck, patio, or dock. You can also relax on the screened-in porch or on the porch swing. You’ll love the large dock with swimming platform, built-in concrete steps, dock ladder, and entertainment area with a bar that includes a 75” TV, refrigerator, ice maker, and bar table with eight chairs. The dock also includes a speaker system, floating swim mat, lounge chairs, beach chairs, rocking chairs, and a swing. Two kayaks and two paddle boards are also provided for fun in the water.
Park your boat in the covered slip available for your use (the slip has 30’ x 14’ of open space). You will also find cleats on the swim dock to tie off extra boats or jet skis. If it’s rainy, enjoy a movie on one of the seven flat screen TV’s or enjoy the games and puzzles provided. In the evenings, enjoy the panoramic views while dinner cooks on the Weber gas grill. Do some fishing off the dock, watch the sunset with a glass of wine from the screened-in porch, or make s’mores while sitting around the wood burning fire pit.
--THE LAYOUT--
The first level of the Lake Lodge features an open kitchen and living space with a stone fireplace. On one side of the first level you’ll find the master bedroom with a king size bed, smart TV, deck access, and a large master bathroom with a walk in shower and a jetted tub. On the other side of the first level is a queen bedroom and a bunk bed room with four twin bunk beds, an additional pull-out twin trundle bed, smart TV, and pack and play available. There is a large bathroom adjacent to the queen bedroom and bunk bed room with a walk-in shower. You will also find a half-bath located on the first level, as well as deck access with a Weber gas grill and screened in patio with dining table.
Head down the open staircase to the lower level where you’ll find an oversized family room with a pool table, kitchenette, game table, and TV area. On one side of the lower level is a large bedroom with two queen beds, smart TV, and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. On the other side of the lower level you’ll find a king bedroom with smart TV, and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. This bathroom is also directly accessible from the outdoor patio area and not far from the dock.
--THE LOCATION--
The Lake Lodge is in the perfect location, at the 4.5MM of the Gravois Arm at Lake of the Ozarks in Mill Creek Cove. Mill Creek Cove is conveniently located away from the rough water of the main channel, but a short boat ride from all of the action. This home is located at the end of Mill Creek Cove, offering peacefulness and a family-friendly area. The wide cove is the perfect place for fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, tubing, water skiing, and wakeboarding. It is a no-wake area for boats over 40’.
The newly opened Lake Burger is right in Mill Creek Cove and is a great spot for live music, a burger, and a beer. Tap and Grill is also nearby via car or boat. The popular Coconuts is a short boat ride away with brand new pool areas for kids and adults, or enjoy the “pirate life” at Jolly Rogers Grub & Grog. The main channel is also just a few miles away by boat.
There is boat slip space available at the dock with 30’ x 14’ of open space for your boat or a rented boat. You can rent a boat or jet skis through Lake Time Boat Rental at nearby Mill Creek Marina, Coconuts, or a variety of other places.
Fill up your boat and jet skis with gas at the nearby Lake Burger, Mermaid Cove, or The Gas Hole.
--OTHER CONSIDERATIONS--
You will find high speed WiFi throughout the house and extending to the dock. We offer a fully furnished kitchen including dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee brewer, Keurig, crock pot, blender, and basic pantry items. We provide bed linens, bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. A pack and play is provided. Please plan to bring life jackets, beach towels, floaties, sunscreen, bug spray, fishing gear, and extra firewood. Roasting sticks and one fire starter log are provided (burns 45 min - 1 hr). You will also find a floating lily pad water mat, fishing rods, two kayaks and two paddle boards.
-The road gets steep and turns into gravel just before arriving at the Lodge.
-There is parking for 4-5 cars at the top of the driveway with stairs down to the house. In addition, there are two parking spaces at the bottom of a very steep driveway, for trucks and SUV's only.
-There is a short but steep path from the back of the house to the dock that includes a few stairs.
-Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the top of the driveway and facing the dock. They do not look into any interior spaces.

Lake Lodge - Mill Creek Cove at Lake Of The Ozarks

This was, by far, one of the best homes we’ve rented over the years with VRBO! 
The owners were prompt and effective communicators! The check- in process was seamless! The home was clean, well decorated, organized and logically laid out! They have a binder and electronic instructions for everything in the house. 
The dock was extraordinary! We spent most of our time on the dock. There is a large TV, a bar area and plenty of seating. There are paddle boards, kayaks, life jackets, a lily pad and noodles. There is space for your boat. We rented a boat from Mermaid Cove marina, located at the end of the cove (10 minutes) by boat or 20 minutes driving. We rented jet skis from Scooters- they dropped them off and picked them up at the dock for us. We fished from the dock. The local Town and Country grocery store in Laurie has worms. 
The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance, spices, etc. The owners are so thoughtful and have shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. There are games and TVs in every room. The game room downstairs was a hit! The beds and pillows are comfortable. The bathrooms are fantastic and roomy. There is a laundry room in the upstairs queen bedroom. 
The driveway, as mentioned in the home description, is steep. We parked two suburbans at tie bottom of the driveway and four smaller SUVs at the top. The house is on a gravel road, but it is easy to find and the road is not bothersome. 
We will stay here again! This is an extraordinary property!

Fantastic Home and Dock

We had a family reunion and truly enjoyed our stay. There was not a single issue. Everything was great!

Excellent House

We had the most wonderful time. The house was well stocked (all the little things!!!), the most comfortable beds and all the water toys for us to enjoy. It’s a perfect location on a pretty quiet cove. Jill was great and we’d love to come back again. We had three families with kids 8-17, and everyone had a wonderful time.

Perfect property

Everything was perfect. Home is beautiful and clean! Owners are responsive and very accommodating. We spent most of our time on the beautiful dock. Would absolutely recommend to others and stay again, over and over. ♥️

Fantastic Stay

Premises was immaculate, all amenities were above average. The technology and accommodations were incredible. The owner was kind and communicated quickly and accurately.

There was a minor temperature issue. From upstairs to downstairs it was a ten degree difference. If we had the air on the people downstairs were a little cold if we had the heat on the people upstairs were a little warm.
