Connecting with API will automatically move your account to the new simplified pricing model. This doesn't apply to listings in the USA, Canada, the Bahamas, Mexico, Argentina, Taiwan, and Uruguay. (read more about this rule and the exceptions).
The Airbnb smart pricing feature won't be available anymore, and you can edit the prices and availability only inside Lodgify.
Make sure your prices and availability are up to date inside Lodgify — we will export them to Airbnb.
We will remove closed periods, iCal imports, and manual bookings from Airbnb, so make sure to create them in Lodgify.
If you host the listing from an owner and a/some co-hosts accounts in Airbnb, you need to connect all those Airbnb accounts with Lodgify.
Airbnb API is not available in certain cities/regions. Please check the complete list of restricted locations here.
