While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk froth parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either. Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes is about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This is a Walton County beach access with parking and short distance to the beach. Santa Clara - Santa Clara access is a Walton County beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence.&nbsp; Beach Access to the East: Gulf Lakes - The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about .5 miles to the east of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed. Parking is not available, but makes for a great bike ride to the beach. Sea Breeze - Sea Breeze is a Walton County beach access that is just past the Gulf Lakes access. Parking and bathrooms are not available at this access, however, there is a shower. TRANSPORTATION: -Complimentary 6 seater golf cart is available for use with this unit and requires a signed waiver before use&nbsp;(MUST BE ATLEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO DRIVE, NO EXCEPTIONS)

We loved staying at Stevie’s property for spring break with our family of 5! The location of the property was super convenient, steps to the pool and across the street from a selection of restaurants. 
What we loved most was how accommodating it was for a young family. Between the loads of sand toys to the high chair and pack and play, the house was full of extra accommodations to make our stay easy with young kids. Communication was also quick and so helpful. Thank you! Deformed and Will stay again.

We loved it!

Using the golf cart to get around to restaurants and beaches was a big perk. Location is perfect if you don't want to be right in the middle of everything, but for a more relaxed atmosphere at your own pace. The guidebook and recommendations made this a better experience for us since this was our first time on 30A. Very kid friendly (bathtub, sand toys, chairs, umbrella). We hope to come back soon!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The home provided everything we needed, and the location was perfect for us but also an easy drive to Panama City or Destin. We loved using the bikes and golf cart, and the beach was gorgeous! Stevie answered all of our questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation!

Wonderful time!

The condo is beautiful and so comfortable!  It easily feels like a home away from home. We opted to not rent a car and enjoyed taking the golf cart around 30a for a nice change of pace and view. The house is conveniently located and comes with so many amenities including a well stocked kitchen for cooking, bikes, golf cart, and beach equipment. I will definitely be back!  The hosts are wonderful!

Girls trip

We had a wonderful time staying at this location! The house was very clean and modern and it had everything that we needed during our stay. It is conveniently located near the pool and just across the road from the Big Chill. We enjoyed having the golf cart to use in the area. The closest beach access was Deer Lake State and it was a beautiful beach that we did visit frequently during our stay. Stevie is a great host and was very responsive to questions that I had and her recommendations were great!
