At La Darsena dei Cigni you stay directly on the shores of Lake Como. This charming lakefront studio opens onto a beautiful wooden pergola and a small private garden just steps from the water. Inside, the space is bright and carefully designed, with a comfortable hidden double bed, dining table, complete kitchen and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. The private dock and direct lake access make this a rare and unforgettable place to experience the lake.
Guests have full and private access to the entire studio, the wooden pergola, the lakeside garden and the private dock with direct access to Lake Como via a small staircase. It is a unique setting where you can relax just a few steps from the water, enjoy outdoor meals under the pergola or simply admire the view. Free parking is available on the main road about a 2 minute walk from the property.
I personally welcome my guests at check-in to show them the property and make sure everything is clear and comfortable for their stay. I am always happy to share local tips about the best restaurants, boat rentals, scenic walks and hidden places around Lake Como. During your stay I remain available if needed, while of course leaving you full privacy to enjoy the house and the peaceful lakeside atmosphere.
The property is located directly on the lake and features a private dock with direct water access, which makes it a very special place but also requires attention, especially with children. The studio includes a comfortable hidden double bed that easily transforms the living space from day to night. The free parking area is located on the main road about 2 minutes away on foot.
