Going up the stairs you have your own private rooftop, with tub, table, lounge area, outdoor shower, BBQ and extra bath. The views are amazing every evening! 
Palmares has a large pool , water beds, free gym, business center, 24 hour security, two shared rooftop terraces and underground parking.

Love this place. Top deck & hot tub were spacious and placed for afternoon sun. Wow! The kitchen, living space, 2 large BRs and 3 baths are well appointed & extremely clean. The bottled water was a nice touch. The pool was never crowded & the security team always provided a pleasant greeting. The mgmt... had a few small challenges (battery in the smoke detector & a short in an outside light). Both cared for right away. In a word, amazing! Location was central, easy walk to supermarkets, Walmart, many restaurants and every feature (banks, money change, clubs, 5th Ave) just steps away. I can’t wait to return. If you’re undecided, choose this place. You’ll be glad you did. All the best.

Excellent location and amenities! We loved our stay at Laura & Sophie's place. Easy to get to from the Cancun airport and close to everything within Playa Del Carmen! We will definitely be booking this again in the future. Thank you for providing such an awesome experience!
