Casa Bella has everything you could possibly want! A fully equipped kitchen, 5 ensuite bedrooms, infinity edge pool, spa, private beach, and gazebo. The sea literally sits in line with the pool! You can hang by the pool, on the beach, go paddle-boarding or kayaking. The ocean is your own private back yard. This house is perfect for families or groups of friends. Hartswell is about 20 minutes from Georgetown. Close enough to town while still far enough to get away. Peace, relaxation and comfort all in one.

Casa Bella - Oceanfront w/ Private Beach, Pool & Spa

We were two families with children ranging from 12 to 3 and everyone had an amazing time. The staff at Casa Bella were so wonderful and helpful. The Welcome booklet helped us plan a wonderful trip and was full of helpful information. The house was amazing an very comfortable for everyone. We had such a great time that we have already booked it again for next year. Highly recommend!

Amazing Spring Break Trip

We had the best time! Casa Bella is just as beautiful, if not more, as the photos online. It’s a very well designed property and the interior space is beautifully decorated and well appointed. We were 4 couples celebrating our Mom’s 80th birthday. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Management was very helpful prior to our trip and while we were there. We had a chef cook 2 nights and we cooked the 3rd night, which was a great balance. 5 stars and hope to return someday! Everyone on the Island was so nice and helpful- the chef, masseuse, boat captain- everyone!

Slice of Heaven

All of the houses were outstanding, all 5 houses were rented for our daughter’s wedding. We were there for 4 days and everyone from 7 years of age to 85 enjoyed the accommodations and amenities that the houses had to offer along with the beautiful beach front views, the Marina, the decor, etc. it is a great location for family and friends to bond for any occasion with everyone having their own room and bathroom. We highly recommend these properties and will be back!

Amanda & Nick Wedding

My family of 6 visited this home and loved every minute. The view and the pool and the kayaks were all wonderful. We rented a boat and having it right behind the house was a dream. I hope to return many times!

Perfection

I cannot speak more highly of the Casabella! The Layout of this property is truly amazing and makes time spent in Exuma a dream. We loved that the house was on a Private marina, so we were able to keep our boat there overnight. The layout of the house is perfection, we love that every room was a suite with its own bath and beautiful ocean or marina/tropical views. The temperature of the pool and Spa were perfect. We loved access to the Private beach where we could paddle board. The kitchen was well stocked. The ice machine was a very nice touch, the type of ice was perfect for packing coolers and for mixing drink drinks.

The view was absolutely amazing and I could stare at the ocean all day long from the patio or pool.
We will be back soon and I will refer this home to everyone.

Amazing time in paradise
