A fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, infinity pool, spa, private beach and gazebo. The sea is literally in line with the pool! You can relax by the pool and on the beach or try paddle-boarding and kayaking. The ocean is your own private garden. This house is perfect for families or groups of friends. Hartswell is about 20 minutes from Georgetown. Close enough to the city to use it and all its benefits, but far enough to escape from it. Peace, relaxation and comfort, all in one place.

Ballymena - Waterfront house with pool, spa and beach

Our family stayed at Ballymena, and it was truly an amazing experience. This area has the whole package. The home was beautiful and very well maintained, and the staff, owner and management company provide exceptional service. We also used chef Olivia who was one of the recommendations, and she was amazing as well. We plan to return to stay in one of the homes next year. We could not imagine staying with any other property group in Exuma. You will not be disappointed!

Truly Exceptional Experience

We were a group of 3 generations , ranging in age from 4 months to 68 yrs and Ballymena was perfect for us all! The outdoor area is lovely, offering space for being together as well as space to retreat and relax. The private beach, just steps from the back doors, is spectacular! The interior and exterior of the property are very well maintained and the contacts are very helpful and responsive; a true pleasure to deal with! Balllymena is a gem in every way and I am grateful that our family was able to experience this little piece of paradise.

Amazing Stay!

I personally stayed at Ballymena twice and love this house and the view of which I miss. We rented all 5 houses at this location for close family and friends to celebrate my daughter’s destination wedding with her now husband. The house is beautiful, spacious and has plenty of room for dinners, parties, etc. everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaks, and paddle boards along with swimming in the marina. Ballymena is decorated with style, comfort and the kitchen and pantry with an additional refrigerator is spacious and very accommodating with all the kitchen needs. I highly recommend this house along with the others for a destination wedding or family events.

This is our second time staying at the houses of Little Bay. Ballymena is a beautiful home and everything from the outdoor area to the guest rooms were well maintained and clean. The management team were very hospitable and answered our needs. Truly a quiet and tranquil place with all the space you need. Exuma beats any vacation spot we have been to hands down. Pure beauty.
