Cancellation policy

• Please notify the Owner of any cancellation in writing. If a notice of cancellation is received more than 4 weeks before your arrival then a full refund will be made less an administration fee per booking.
• If a notice of cancellations is received within 4 weeks of your arrival the whole amount will be retained unless the property can be re-let. If the property is re-let a full refund will be provided less an administration fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will not be refunded.

Security deposit policy

No security deposit is due.
