Situated in a beautiful, rural Hampshire, The Wagon In The Woods is a bespoke, self-contained little place with your own private woodlands and outdoor hot tub. Come experience some tranquillity and rest in nature.

Your Private Space

As you arrive, follow the path through the garden to your wagon tucked away in a small woodland area, solely for you to enjoy. You have the seclusion of being on the edge of a woodland and feeling like you are a million miles from home, with the luxuries of an internal flushing toilet, hot water, heating, kitchen, and other comforts.

Hand-Built Interior

Inside, a huge ‘wagon wheel’ window looks over neighbouring fields, allowing warm, natural light to flood the space in the morning. The Wagon has a unique and cosy interior. The main beam and table were built from trees that came down in a storm a few years back. Lift the trap door by the window to reveal a hidden bathtub—a perfect spot to decompress while curious cows wander by.

Wine Barrel Hot Tub in the Wild Cherry Barn

Immerse yourself in the hot tub housed in a humongous wine barrel, inspired by the vineyard next door. The hot tub is right next to the wagon, inside the Wild Cherry Tree Barn, providing shelter from the elements and a view with complete privacy. The hot tub heats up quickly and runs all year. The chiminea fire in the barn adds a little atmosphere whilst you dry off—drink in hand—in the bar seating area.

Explore the Woods

The small woodland is yours to enjoy. We often hear owls at night and see wildlife in the day. You might also hear the Watercress steam train in the distance or spot Hattingley Valley vineyard through the trees.

The Great Outdoors, All Yours!

Warm your toes (or toast some marshmallows) by the firepit on those slightly crisper evenings. Or hang out in the outdoor saloon area, which provides shelter from our unpredictable English weather! It’s a great place to share a bottle of wine, a hot choc, or your own freshly-fired pizza in the dry.

Countryside Hideaway

However you choose to enjoy your home in the woods, savour the moment in this cosy little place in the country.

Wagon in the Woods

More beautiful than the pictures, we had the best time 😊

Just got back from three nights at the wagon and we loved every minute!

If anything it was better than the photos so peaceful and private. Gave a sense of being in the middle of the woods all by yourself with a beautiful view. Everything was so clean and easy to use had so much fun celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday there. Will deffo be checking out the other 4 places these exist. 10/10 would deffo recommend if you what a good night or two away with your other half.

Wow! Wow! Wow! What a great trip The Wagon In The Woods was.

It was like being transported to another world, truly amazing, will be back

Amazing little quiet and secluded place with everything you need for a getaway.

We had a brilliant time; savouring every moment, enjoying the simplicity especially toasting marshmallows on campfire and the starry night. Fabulous orange ball of a sunrise. All needs catered for. Thank you so very much

What an amazing experience.

We wanted somewhere a bit quirky, special and secluded to decompress and enjoy some time together. The wagon was absolutely stunning! It had absolutely everything you needed, down to various different teas and wagon wheels! The various different types of pizza ovens, fire pit and gorgeous hot tub really were the icing on the cake. (I also loved the fairy lights!!) I could not recommend this highly enough if you want a peaceful getaway that’s a bit more special than just staying in a hotel!

Where to start?! We booked 2 nights at the beautiful wagon in the woods for our 10th anniversary.
