#2 Lotte
Very cozy and beautiful tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip.

The space
This beautiful tiny home cottage has a very inviting feel. This Cottage has a king size bed and two twin bunk beds in the back room, a bath/shower combo and a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. From the beamed ceilings to the hardwood floors we know you will love your stay.
Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a charcoal grill outside of the home and a picnic table where you can gather outside and enjoy your meal. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite, however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.
NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredible hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

#2 Lotte - Tiny Home Cottage

This was the perfect little getaway for me and my 2 adult daughters for a girls trip! Everything we needed was available in this cute tiny home and it is convenient to Dollywood and Splash Country without having to get into traffic. We will definitely be back!

Love these tiny houses

What a dream stay! Our sweet family of 6 LOVES to be outdoors. What a dream to have an outdoor oasis for kids right outside the door - playground, tree swing, corn hole, hammocks, etc. Bonus points - a quick mini hike through the woods too!

Despite a tiny home, our large family soaked in all the snuggles on the king sized bed while inside. Each kid had their own twin bunk in the back. Plenty of room! We brought a homecooked meal that was easy to reheat in the air fryer and enjoyed an evening in. Having only one sink in the cabin seemed odd (coming to the kitchenette to wash hands after going to the BR), but in all actuality it was genius. A great use of space! Every square inch was meticulously thought of and well used. We will definitely be back!

We spent the second day of our adventure to TN inside Dollywood - a family treasure for many years. Proximity to the park was perfect! Despite all the magic of the theme park, this mama's heart was at peace sharing this tiny home with those I love most! Thank you!

An Easy Recommendation!

This was our second stay at Long Springs in #2 Lotte. We were in Sevierville for ponies in the smokies and had a great time. We will definitely stay here again next spring. It is close enough to town to get there quick and far enough away to feel like you're in the country.

Great cozy stay

We weren't sure what to expect staying in a tiny home for the first time and were pleasantly surprised with everything Lotte #2 had to offer. It fit our family of 4 perfectly and was fully equipped with everything we could need.
Comfortable beds, clean interior and beautiful surroundings. The Turley's were great with their communication, responding to us immediately when we reached out.
It was a very memorable New Years for us at Lotte #2.

Compact perfection

Been here the last 2 years for Jeep invasion. Love the tiny homes always clean and neat.

Nice tiny home
