#7 Tilly
This home sleeps 2 adults and 1 child. It is a very cozy and beautiful tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip.

The space
Come enjoy the Smoky’s in this gorgeous tiny home cottage. This cottage has a comfy queen bed and a fold out ottoman best suited for a kid. There is a foldable mattress to top it with for extra comfort. The home also has a natural gas fireplace and a jetted jacuzzi tub. Its also features a large deck off the back with a beautiful wooded view. It has a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a charcoal grill outside of the home and a picnic table where you can gather outside and enjoy your meal. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.

NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredibly hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

#7 Tilly - Tiny Home Cottage

Long Springs is our go-to place to stay for a weekend in the mountains, and Tilly is our favorite. Always clean and cozy. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

This was our third stay at Long Springs and Tilly is our favorite cabin, so far. It's perfect for a romantic getaway. Very clean, private, beautifully decotated and has everything you need. The fireplace was a pleasant surprise, even though it wasn't the time of year that we needed it. We will definitely stay here again when we come back in the winter. Long Springs is the perfect place for a peaceful stay. It's far enough away from town to be out of the hustle and noise, yet close enough that it's only a short drive to anything you may want to do. We Love staying here and will definitely come back again.

Awesome Cabin

My husband and I needed a night away after the Christmas festivities and I friend recommended. It was exactly what we needed. I quiet peaceful night after a dinner date. The little home was cozy and very well maintained the bed comfortable and the water hot. The property was quiet easily accessible and close to things but far enough to not get all the road noise. We are already planning our next overnight date.

Can't wait to return!

We stayed in Tilly for a couple nights and enjoyed our stay. The tiny home was very clean. Perfect space for a couple.

Tilly #7

Very clean and comfortable room. Modern and rustic at the same time. They replaced the vanity with a small table, which was very practical. Loved the area, not too close to attractions, not too far either. Great place to be in contact with nature. Brian was very attentive and accommodating. Would come back.

Ideal getaway accommodation - yet, close to everything
