#9 Frieda
Very cozy and beautiful tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip.
Click this link to see <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4yBOg3qUI30&t=9s">Video Tour</a> of the property.
The space
This beautiful tiny home cottage has a very inviting feel. This Cottage has a king size bed, bath/shower combo and a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. From the beamed ceilings to the hardwood floors we know you will love your stay. There is also a covered deck off the back with a serene wooded view. Perfect place to sit and drink your coffee.
Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a charcoal grill outside of the home and a picnic table where you can gather outside and enjoy your meal. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.

NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredibly hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

#9 Frieda - Tiny Home Cottage

This little cottage is so adorable. It is all you need for a stay. It is so much more worth it than a hotel. I plan on recommending this place to everyone. A short, 15 min drive to town, totally staying here every visit to Sevierville now.

A cozy home away from home!!

Loved spending a vacation here. Very clean, green, cozy and private. Had everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to have an amazing experience. Recommending to my friends/family and coming back here next time whenever we get a chance

Absolutely loved it- Perfect score 💯. Best vacation stay so far

This was our second time staying with Long Springs Tiny Homes and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time! It's quiet, peaceful and the home is cozy and clean. We are already planning to come back again soon!

Frieda

This was our 2nd visit to these amazing tiny homes and they will be where we stay each time we visit the area, especially now that we are retired. Perfect for retired folks! Very quiet, safe, clean and close to grocery stores, Walmart, etc. It’s far enough away from all of the touristy stuff to make it peaceful and homey, yet close enough where you can be down there within about 15 to 20 minutes or so. There’s plenty of room between the cabins, giving you privacy and space. The cabin has everything you need as far as a microwave, tiny refrigerator and a small coffee pot, along with plates, cups, etc. I certainly plan to recommend it to my family and my Navy buddies! Highly recommended! Thanks for a great stay and thanks for the fireworks on the 4th!! See you in the fall!

Peaceful, Immaculate and Convenient!

This place is fantastic. It’s so peaceful. I can’t recommend this place enough! I tell all my family and friends about it.

STAYED HERE NUMEROUS TIMES AND WILL STAY AGAIN
