Very cozy and beautiful tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip.

The space
This beautiful tiny home cottage has a very inviting feel. This Cottage has a king size bed, bath/shower combo and a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. From the beamed ceilings to the hardwood floors we know you will love your stay. There is also a covered deck off the back with a serene wooded view. Perfect place to sit and drink your coffee.
Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a charcoal grill outside of the home and a picnic table where you can gather outside and enjoy your meal. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite, however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.

NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredibly hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

#10 Helena - Tiny Home Cottage

This tiny house is so cute and clean . Perfect location close to all the attractions. This is our 3rd stay at this location .We highly recommend these tiny homes .Small piece of heaven on earth ! Would recommend a upgrade to the cornhole boards and raking of leaves in the picnic area other than that it was perfect ! Check in was also easy . This cabin had everything you need for a great stay . Look forward to coming back next year !

Cozy and peaceful

This was the perfect little get away. This little Cabin was perfect, clean, cozy and away from everything but still close enough if we needed to get out. My husband and I went out once for lunch and ordered in for dinner. Made a quick trip to Food City down the road for S'mores and enjoyed a little fire in the firepit. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Anniversay Weekend.

Enjoyed our stay in the tiny home. Very clean, comfy & well priced. Such a neat experience & so happy we found this place. We are season ticket holders at Dollywood and will only be booking here from now on. Thanks!

Great Find

We only had one night to celebrate our anniversary. We wanted to stay somewhere that didn't break the bank. This cabin was perfect for us. It was super quiet, private and so cozy. We will definitely visit again.

Anniversary Stay

It's such an adorable cottage. We loved our stay. So quiet and relaxing, just what we needed.
