#13 Esmeralda
Very beautiful, gypsy themed tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to Dolly Wood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 min to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want without getting stuck on the strip.

The space
Come enjoy the gypsy camp at long springs. This caravan tiny home has a queen been and two twin beds. It has a large soaker tub and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It has a bright colorful vide that we know you will love.
We have the unit grouped with three others to encourage multiple families traveling together and also providing the opportunity for guests to meet and enjoy each others company. There is a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use.
Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite, however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.

NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredibly hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

#13 Esmeralda - *New Kitchen* Gypsy Cottage

We absolutely loved our stay in the tiny homes. We have 2 kids and the Esmeralda was a great size for us. Our kids enjoyed the common area and they stayed outside the majority of the trip. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Way better than staying at a hotel. We will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway spot

Second time staying with Long Springs! It’s so peaceful and relaxing, quaint and quiet! The cottages are always so clean and the owners and so friendly and prompt when we needed anything at all. Can’t beat the location, value and service. It’s away from the hustle and bustle but not too far from everything you wanna do! Highly recommend!!

Perfection

We loved our stay at Tiny Home #13 Esmeralda - *New Kitchen* Gypsy Cottage! My daughters (ages 11 & 14) and I said we could stay there forever. The place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We went to Dollywood and it was nice that the home was just down the road. We had friendly neighbors while there, which added to the great experience. We're looking forward to going back!

Best experience!

We loved our time at the Gypsy House! We have two girls (6 & 9), and they loved their own beds and the play area. We cooked breakfast every morning and supper most nights thanks to the hot plate, air fryer and microwave. We loved being able to start our days with a full meal before venturing out and appreciated being able to pull together a simple meal at the end of a long day when everyone was tired and wouldn’t have enjoyed fighting crowds for dinner. Water pressure was great and hot water wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was beautiful, and the counter space was much appreciated! We stayed 4 nights, and the only things I wish we had were a few more towels (or onsite laundry mat - very excited it’s hopeful to be coming!) and an extra mirror away from the kitchen. Otherwise, we had EVERYthing we needed - down to paper towels, dish soap, sponge and dishes. Probably the most important part is the house was immaculately cleaned… no dust in the corners or bathroom. Whomever is cleaning the house is doing a FANTASTIC job! We also loved the proximity to everything. I chose this particular place because it was close to Dollywood/Gatlinburg and provided the cabin “feel” without having to drive up into the mountains and be so far from everything. It checked all of boxes, and we look forward to coming back!

Great stay!

We stayed here for my niece’s cheer competition. It was fabulous. We have stayed in Long Springs Tiny Homes numerous times and have even had our friends stay too. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed!
