#14 Hester
Very beautiful, gypsy themed tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 min to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 min to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip.
Click this link to see <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4yBOg3qUI30&t=9s">Video Tour</a> of the property.
The space
Come enjoy the gypsy camp at long springs. The caravan tiny home has a queen bed and a sectional couch that turns into a queen size bed. There is a foldable mattress in a bag on the side of the couch to add for extra comfort too! It has a large bathroom with a soaker tub and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It has a bright colorful vibe that we know you will love.
We have the units grouped with three others to encourage multiple families traveling together and also providing the opportunity for guests to meet and enjoy each others company. There is a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use.
Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite, however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.

NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredibly hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

Fall/Halloween

We loved staying at gypsy wagon #14, so clean and welcoming. We have stayed at 3 of the tiny homes and love them all. Thank you for sharing your homes with us. Very attentive owners and check on us to see if we meed anything. Wish to return soon but definitely will be back next year in August already booked!

Fall/halloween

My tiny family truly loved our stay. We stayed in one of the other tiny homes quite a few years ago so we decided to stay in a gypsy home this time, number 14. The tiny community definitely adds a dash of magic to your stay. Longsprings Tiny homes will always be our rental when traveling to Pigeon Forge TN. They are always spotless and extremely peaceful.

Just as wonderful as I remembered!

3rd time renting. First time with young children. Cabin are stocked with all amenities, check in easy as can be, grounds are clean and quiet, far enough away from downtown to be called charming, close enough to be convienant. Family owned business who have gone out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. 5 star

Mr / Mrs

Nice cabin for a quick overnight stay. Easy to schedule. Would love to have a larger bed. Love all of the ideas for the space it has. Much larger inside than what it looks like outside. The large bathroom with tub was a pleasant surprise. Easy checkin. If you have any doubts….don’t!
