Poolside Cocoa Oasis with Tiki Bar

Loutan Rental's home was just what my family and I needed prior to our cruise departure from Port Canaveral. The kids enjoyed the pool the most! The hostwas very attentive with making sure we checked in okay and had everything that we needed. Thank you for having us!

Big house to stay at before our cruise

Very spacious, nestled into a quiet and safe neighborhood within Cocoa! The home is great with all of the bedrooms and some of the rooms have two beds-it will accommodate large families! The pool area was my favorite place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the lil ones swim. Loutan Rentals was responsive to two of my questions/concerns that I had during my stay. They immediately addressed. I stayed prior to cruising and would def stay here or recommend anyone to do the same!

Quiet place with a great pool

House was even better than the photos and The host responded quickly to any of our requests. Will definitely book again! Excellent stay!
