Fig Tree Cottage

Great location for our visit to Slimbridge, would definitely recommend. The cottage was lovely with everything that you would need for a short stay or a longer holiday. Excellent off road parking, good sized rooms, comfortable bed and very well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom, in particular the shower was great. The cottage was spotless throughout and the ‘welcome’ food and drink was a lovely touch.Communication with the owner was clear and very efficient.

Had a 1 night stay at this lovely home away from home. The hosts were forward with all the information we needed for our stay. The place itself was immaculate and truly a lovely little place to stay. Thank you

Deborah's review

The cottage was stunning, nestled in gorgeous gardens. Elegant and welcoming - with lots of lovely little touches. We wanted to move in permanently. Thank you for the warm and generous welcome :)

Penny's review

We loved our stay in this beautiful cottage on the edge of the village. Our hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating of our requests. The cottage was clean and cosy and there were loads of little home comforts provided.

The two large double bedrooms had loads of space and we really appreciated all the little extras - the cotton wool pads in the bathroom, the pint of milk for a cup of tea in the morning. Highly recommended!
