Step away from your everyday routines and responsibilities and enjoy the simple life at our cottage by the bay. Breathe in the salty ocean air, watch lobster boats in action from the shore, and enjoy the beauty around you as you spend quality time with your friends and family making memories that will last a lifetime.
When you step inside the cottage, you will immediately feel the coziness and spaciousness of a home that you can sit back and relax in while you are here. From the wood covered walls, or the numerous windows to look out into the bay, beauty is all around you. This 3 bedroom 1 and a half bath treasure is sure to please!

Believers Bay - Downeast Maine Coast

The house was well maintained and had everything we needed. The fire pit out back was a nice addition and it's only an hour outside of Bar Harbor so you can have fun in town and go back to a quiet and secluded cabin on the water. We would love to come back in the future!

Great secluded place on the water

We recently stayed at Believers Bay Cottage for a family vacation, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The cottage is nestled in a peaceful spot with breathtaking views — especially at sunset. It’s the perfect place to unwind and take in nature.

The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a family stay. We had everything we needed, from comfortable beds to a fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space was a real highlight — ideal for morning coffee or evening chats under the stars.

Overall, Believers Bay Cottage offered the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and natural beauty. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and scenic retreat.

Stunning views

Believer’s Bay is the perfect getaway inside and out. The cottage is cozy and well furnished and the bay is gorgeous. We had lovely sunsets and enjoyed the rising Beaver moon. We were visited by red squirrels and pileated woodpecker. Our family loved the property and we all agree that we would stay here again.

Believers Bay

Our stay at Believers Bay was truly exceptional. The cottage is well appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the property. And the views of the bay from the cottage are absolutely breathtaking. Hope to stay there again later this year or next Spring.

Exceptional

Our views from the cabin were fantastic! Everything was clean and comfortable.
