Located on the piano nobile of the palace, this apartment is an oasis of light and tranquillity. The large windows of the two spacious bedrooms overlook the surrounding valley, offering views across the village rooftops and beautiful centuries-old lime trees.
The living area features an elegant sitting room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, complemented by a spacious bathroom with shower.
The true jewel of this property, however, is the private terrace, accessible directly from the apartment. It overlooks a large communal garden shared with the other apartments and enjoys views of the bell tower of the Church of Santa Maria dei Servi.
The apartment has been carefully restored using both traditional and state-of-the-art materials, ensuring excellent thermal insulation.
It is fully equipped with all modern comforts, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster and hairdryer. On arrival, you will always find a welcome hamper with a selection of herbal teas, biscuits and espresso coffee pods, to help you start your stay in the best possible way.
The furnishings, almost entirely original and dating back to the 19th century, give the apartment a unique and authentic charm. Comfort has not been overlooked: memory-foam mattresses and fast Wi-Fi will ensure a pleasant and secure stay.
This apartment is ideal for those wishing to stay in Montepulciano for a longer period and truly appreciate Italian culture and the concept of home as a haven of peace and tranquillity.

William Stuart apartment

We stayed in the Green Tea apartment for all of September and October 2022. The apartment is in the historic centre and is large with 2 bedrooms and a living area with kitchen. There’s also a very nice garden. The furnishings are historic and rather lovely, but very well maintained. Maria suggested many interesting activities throughout our stay.
There is free parking in the public parking areas quite close by.
Maria’s attentiveness as a host and help with every aspect of our stay were wonderful- she was the epitome of hospitality without ever intruding. At the end of our stay we needed to stay on and Maria arranged for us to move to an adjacent apartment with a minimum of difficulty, which we greatly appreciated.
